Mouse IDGenes serves as a reference database for genetic interactions and
gene expression within the neural tube of the developing mouse embryo.

The intent of this program is the easy retrieval of gene expression and interaction data from specific anatomical regions at different developmental stages.

The information stored in Mouse IDGenes was used for dynamic modeling of regulation mechanisms with spatial and temporal extensions in the mouse CNS:

Currently, 89 spatio-temporally resolved gene expressions and 145 genetic interactions assigned to different anatomical regions at the stages E8.5, E10.5 and E12.5 are available from the database.

This tool has been implemented to allow for permanent update and enhancement of the data by enabling external user input (see Data Input or contact us).
